Description

The FS7 flame detector provides an intelligent two-level response to the wet operation console flames in the semiconductor industry.

Level 1: Warning. The first-level response indicates a minor fire accident with a thermal energy of only over 3KW(equivalent to a 4-inch diameter polypropylene ball of fire). Wait for a period of time to determine if it can extinguish itself.

Level 2: Alarm. If the fire fails to extinguish itself and exceeds the factory's preset value of 13KW(equivalent to an 8-inch diameter polypropylene ball of fire), the detector initiates a secondary response.
